Flex-N-Gate welcomes the new DS N°8

A project driven by Innovation and Expertise

The Flex-N-Gate teams are proud to have contributed to the launch of the DS N°8, the latest flagship model from the DS brand.

For this innovative and premium model, we are producing two key components:

• the Tailgate
• the Lit grille

The lit grille incorporates the illuminated DS logo, a first for Stellantis, establishing a distinctive and unique positioning. This luminous signature lends a “haute couture” elegance to the front end, thanks to uniform light diffusion made possible by the technology developed through our Flex Vision concept. This innovative design illustrates our ability to meet technical challenges and exceed customer expectations.

The vehicle’s rear module features a robustly designed tailgate, reflecting Flex-N-Gate’s expertise. This product continues the legacy of our recent developments, such as those for the Peugeot 3008 and Peugeot 5008.

Innovation, Development, Production: Collective commitment to Excellence
This project is the result of seamless collaboration between Flex-N-Gate teams in France, Spain, Italy, and the USA, showcasing the critical importance of global synergy in skills and expertise.

Through this collaboration, we have developed innovative functions, new materials, and advanced processes, enabling the design, production, and commercialization of these components starting in early 2025.
