FNG welcomes the new generation X2 from BMW !

We are pleased to inform you that we are participating in the launch of the new generation of the BMW X2! The BMW X2 introduced the Sports Activity Coupe (SAC) concept to the premium compact segment.

Now a more distinctive, sportier and technologically advanced second generation is
making its debut.

For this new generation of X2, Flex-N-Gate will produce from :

• Flex-N-Gate Aragon , the door controls and tailgate hinges,
• Flex-N-Gate Plásticos (Sabadell), the elements for self-adjusting the tailgate to the carbody.

These self-adjusting elements are required exclusively by our customer BMW.

This is a system with adjustable elements that absorb the tolerances of the vehicle in order to achieve a perfect alignment of the tailgate to the carbody and avoid noise problems in driving situations.

Since the first program awarded in 2015, thanks to an innovative engineering and our extensive experience in 2K injection and metal insert overmoulding, Flex-N-Gate’s awards for these systems have been increasing every year.
