Flex-N-Gate recognizes women-owned businesses (WBE) as 51% or more owned and operated by one or more women.

Certified minority suppliers for Flex-N-Gate must hold valid minority certifications through either the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) or Women’s Business Enterprise National Council affiliates (WBENC). Certified MBE/WBE suppliers are required to submit updated diversity certifications to Flex-N-Gate Supplier Diversity every year.

For companies who qualify for MBE or WBE status, yet do not hold a certification, please visit the NMDSC or WBENC websites to obtain further information on becoming a certified minority-owned business.

No. Please do not submit company information through the Supplier Registration Form if your company is not certified. All non-certified submissions will be removed from our system.

The Flex-N-Gate Supplier Registration Form has been designed to capture all necessary information regarding your company’s certifications and capabilities. This information will be used to fill appropriate product or service needs within the company when opportunities arise. Information will also be forwarded to appropriate buyers so they can contact you directly for further information. Visit the Flex-n-Gate Supplier Diversity Registration page to begin this process.

Once submitted, you will receive email confirmation that your company information has been received. The Flex-N-Gate Supplier Diversity Team will forward company information to appropriate commodity buyers and/or reach out to your company for additional information. Your company’s minority information does not expire so there is no need to re-register. Duplicate requests will be removed from our system.
